The Criminal Records is a document issued at the Public Prosecutor’s Office pursuant to Article 3 of the Presidential Decree of November 14, 2002 n. 313 and concerns the provisions which have already become final. It has a duration of 6 months from its issue and is issued with stamp duty (19.92 euros).
The certificate can be requested by the holder or by his delegate. The interested party must attach to the request a photocopy of the identity card and tax code and the proxy signed by him, when completing the form.
The request can be made by different subjects only in particular cases. For example, a criminal record on a minor requires that the request be presented by the person who exercises parental authority. For those disqualified, the release of the Criminal Record can be requested by the guardian. Finally, for prisoners, the application can be received from a delegate.
